This tool compares the references and selected fields in a BOM CSV and a component-placement CSV before you hand them to an assembler.

What the report establishes

You confirm the column mappings, coordinate units and check profile. The report identifies duplicate, missing and DNP references, quantity discrepancies and supported coordinate or layer problems. Each issue links to the relevant input line. Exports create a new discrepancy report and leave both originals unchanged.

The optional JLCPCB basic profile adds a limited set of checks grounded in the official preparation references. It does not establish that a manufacturer's uploader will accept the files. Read the profile boundary before relying on a clean report.

What still needs review

Reference consistency cannot prove component orientation, polarity, footprint, pin-1, Gerber correctness or stock availability. Keep your CAD and assembly-variant checks, and inspect the factory preview. A report with no issues is not manufacturing approval.
